If we're not having alcohol at our event, can we still use the trailer?
Well, of course! Have an idea, our trailer can bring it to life. We can serve beautiful mocktails just as much as we serve delicious cocktails.
How many mobile bars do you have?
Just one, she's our baby. We're thinking of having more though...
She has beautiful laminate flooring, a 6' live edge counter top, as well as 3 bar fridges with capacity for 150-200 cans each to keep you and your guests happy all night long! Standout ceiling lighting that can make us shine all night long.
Now... If you're really looking to party, we will include our satellite bar, free of charge, for events larger than 200.
Where does the alcohol come from?
We do not have a liquor license and therefore cannot sell you alcohol. We work with you to create your bar vision. We will determine which cocktails you would like featured as well as what other beer, wine or spirits you would like us to serve. As an additional feature we will work along side a local liquor agency that will place, deliver, as well as accept returns on any un-opened beer or wine for a small restocking fee. The charge for the alcohol will be invoiced directly to you.
Do I have to order through you? Nope! You are more than welcome to purchase the alcohol from wherever you would like!
Where are you located?
The Pour House is based out of North Canton, OH. You know what's awesome about a mobile bar? It's mobile! We proudly travel to the surrounding areas such as Akron, Youngstown, Bolivar, Medina, Beachwood, Cleveland, Cuyahoga Falls, Lakewood, Avon and many more!
Our first 30 miles from North Canton (44721) are free of charge, for anything greater it is $1.50 each way. Anything greater than a 2.5 hour drive, will require an additional $275 for lodging accommodations. Curious how far you are and if we serve your area, just ask!
What type of events does The Pour House serve?

How soon should we book?
Our obvious recommendation, as soon as possible! Your date is important and we want to make sure you get it. A non-refundable 20% deposit along with a signed contract must be received in order for your date to be secured. This deposit will go towards your final payment which is due 30 days prior to your event.
What if my event already has a bar?
No problem! We also have "Just The Bartender", where we will still provide everything the same, just without the trailer.
What is the average price?
Each event is unique to you, which means each package is tailored to you. Our pricing is dependent upon how many hours and guests. Prices typically vary anywhere between $1,750-$3,000.
Do you need electricity?
Nope, we bring our ultra quiet generator so the trailer can be set up wherever! If the trailer is close to a ceremony, we will be set up and turn everything off during the ceremony as to not disturb.
Do you have insurance?
Absolutely, we carry general liability as well as a $1 million liquor liability insurance. If you have concerns about your venue restrictions, we would love to reach out to them. If needed, we will gladly add your venue on our COI (Certificate of Liability) and send the venue a copy.
Where can the trailer be set up?
Really anywhere. However, our ideal placement would be as close to level ground as possible. Once the trailer is set up and in place, it can not move.
Can we add our own decorations?
We take pride in styling our trailer tailored to your event. However, you are more than welcome to add any decorations for your aesthetic. Decorations added by the client must be placed as decorations, no hanging or adhesive that would permanently damage the trailer.
